Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your enrolment in this course within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract — that is, the day you complete your purchase.

The quickest way is the withdrawal option in your ThriveCart Customer Hub account (linked in your purchase receipt), which also stops any future instalments automatically. You are also free to notify us by letter sent by post or by email — this is your right regardless of which channel you use.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you are paying by instalments (3 or 6 monthly payments) and you withdraw within the 14-day period, any instalments already collected will be refunded as above, and no further instalments will be collected from you.
